If you have a problem or a question concerning your order, please be sure to have your invoice number and/or order date ready for the Customer Service Representative. Direct all inquiries, whether by phone or mail, to the Customer Service Department. Please note that we are unable to initiate a tracer until two weeks after shipment.
Due to strict regulations, certain states require that sales tax be charged on all orders where a valid exempt certificate is not on file with Suburban Electronics. Please refer to your own local taxing authority for further information and a copy of the exemption form.
Due to fluctuations of the dollar against the international exchange rate and changing market conditions, prices are subject to change without notice. Prices printed in the catalog are current at press time. If you have any questions about price changes, ask your salesperson at the time you place your order.
Suburban Electronics attempts to stock all items listed in its catalog and advertising. We will automatically cancel out of stock items totalling less than $25 dollars. We will backorder items if totalling more than $25 dollars. In cases of C.O.D. backorders, Suburban Electronics will charge only the C.O.D. charge of $9.95 + shipping.
Semiconductors are regularly discontinued by manufacturers. Generally the manufacturer will provide replacement devices, which we will use whenever possible. When the manufacturer has not supplied us with a replacement device, we will supply you with an equivalent device by another maker. We will automatically substitute on all orders when necessary unless otherwise specified.
If you were billed for parts not received, please call your sales representative. Notify us which parts you did not receive and the invoice number. We will send out the parts immediately. All claims must be made within 7 days from the invoice date.
If we have to re-ship a package to you due to customer error, there will be additional shipping charges added to your order twice to cover the second shipment.
All returns MUST BE ACCOMPANIED BY A RETURN AUTHORIZATION # (RA#) in the box and indicate reason for the return. ALL RETURNS NOT HAVING AN RA# WILL BE REFUSED. Orders will be re-shipped at no additional charge if the shipping error is caused by us. Double freight will be collected for any undeliverable package due to customer's error or absence. If orders are refused three times without a valid and acceptable reason, the customer is automatically placed on a "payment in advance of shipment" or "credit card only" basis.
Any parts or products purchased from Suburban Electronics that prove to be defective will be replaced or refunded if returned within 90 days from receipt and a copy of your invoice. ALL TEST EQUIPMENT IS WARRANTIED BY THE MANUFACTURER.
Since Suburban Electronics does not control the use of its products, there are no expressed warranties which extend beyond the description on the face hereof. Seller disclaims any implied warranties or of fitness for any particular purpose, since the seller cannot control the manner or use of its products after their sale. Seller will not be responsible for any consequential or indirect damages concerning products for which seller is acting as only a distributor or products manufactured by other companies. Seller expresses limits its liabilities to any guarantees extended by the manufacturer, which guarantees seller will pass through to customer. Further, seller will, at its option, either replace the goods sold, credit or refund the purchase price only. No warranty will apply if goods are modified or altered, in any way, after delivery by the seller.
